The Cruial Effects of Sleep Deprivation

Many people may not think that sleep is that important, however sleep is as important as food and water to the human body. Without sleep like food your body is unlikely to function correctly being exhausted and restless."A fatigued person is accident prone, judgement impaired and more likely to make mistakes and bad decisions." Why put yourself at a high risk that can be avoided just on the strength of getting more sleep? Accidents happen when some people tend to fall asleep behind the wheel of a car because people do not get enough sleep. This causes people's hand-eye coordination to fail when put in front of a task. This really applies to adults that works at computers for a profession, have a problem stayin awake in front of the monitors.

The greatest effect of sleep deprivation is irritation. People who get lesser sleep than need to at night, have a social problem when encountered with situations in the everyday world. Another reasons people tend to have sleep problems is because they usually take all of their problems to bed with them at night, although they go to bed to relax but they go with a burden of problems on their mind. But is it not ethical to have problems on your mind when you go to sleep so people think that they can sleep their problems away when laying their head on the pillow.
