To explain the chart: "Difficulty Intiating Sleep"- Many teens seems to fail to fall asleep at a decent hour to receive the correct time of sleep. Sometimes this is because the cellular phone, late night television programs,and also the naps that are taken during the day at school. "Sleep Restricted During The School Week." Some students have many responsibilities that prevent them from getting sleep for the next day. Some have part-time jobs that causes them to get home late from school and also some teachers present them with assignments that causes them to stay up to wee hours of the night. Also, the students have to get up very early in the morning to make it in time for their first class. " Problem With Daytime Alertness" Students are not alert in class because lack of sleep causes them to be restless in class. This causes their participation in class to decrease. "Afternoon Nappping" During classes sleep is this only thing on students mind. Finding a way to get a quick "z" here and there to refresh them. "Late Bedtime" To rekindle the information that was state earlier late bedtimes are caused by the part-time jobs, homeworks and the make up leisure time that teenager students craved.
