Obesity
Obesity is a great epidemic that is great in countries such as the United States and Europe. Studies show that sleep deprivation disrupt the hormones that regulate glucose metabolism and appetite. This cause many people to just eat to satisfy to the lack of sleep that their are getting. This obesity and sleep deprivation tend to affect mostly teenagers and even middle-age adults. Even when people sit on their bed and fall asleep right after sleeping causes the weight to stay on people's body, making it even harder for the weight to be worked off. Sleep deprivation leaves people to fend for different solutions.
